- Rig lifts to lift plans
- Coordinate with dogger
- Daily crane inspections
Requirements
- High Risk Work Licence (CN, CV, C0, C1, C2, C6 depending on crane)
- Dogging ticket usually held alongside
- Standard 11
- Working at Heights
Training pathway
- Progression from smaller crane classes up
- Manufacturer familiarisation for larger cranes
Career outlook
Shutdown season (Sep–Nov, Feb–Apr) pays the most. Advanced tickets earn well into six figures on 3:1 rosters.
