• Board and regulator reporting

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification (Engineering, Mining, Geology)
• 10–15+ years operational experience
• G1/G2 in WA
• MBA useful at exec level

Training pathway

• Company leadership development programs
• External short courses (AICD, WSMP)

Career outlook

Genuinely well-paid, but expects 4:1 or residential and heavy on-call.
